Seven Kings Bungalow Estate Residents Association

 All development within the Bungalow Estate Conservation Area requires Planning Approval from Redbridge Council. All work proposed must meet the development guidelines as published by Redbridge Planning Department.

 

Please note an Article 4 Direction specific to the Bungalow Estate Conservation Area overrides the guidelines set out in the Governments' General Permitted Development Order. See Article Four Direction

To make a Planning Application the appropriate form needs to be completed and sent with details and Registration Fee to Redbridge Planning Department.  See link.  One the Planning Application is registered near neighbours are advised in writing and details are loaded onto the Redbridge website.

 

Anyone can view details on the Redbridge website. Go to  www.redbridge.gov.uk  and 'click' on Planning, then under 'All Planning Applications' enter in the Search box either the Planning Reference Number or the first line of the address of the property that you are interested in.
