Meetings
The Committee of the Residents Association meets on a Monthly basis to review and discuss various developments, Planning Applications and Enforcement Complaints as well as other topics which relate to the Bungalow Estate. The Treasurer gives an update on our Finances. Periodically we publish a Newsletter which is circulated to all residents on the Bungalow Estate. Our Spring Newsletter gives details of the AGM and invites residents to attend.
A residents meeting is held twice a year, an AGM in April and General Meeting in September. We normally have a guest speaker at the AGM to speak on a topic of relevance to the area, and this is followed by a Question and Answer session. We then have a report by the Chairman, followed by the Treasurer, who presents our Audited Accounts for the year ending 31st March. This is followed the election of Committee Members for the coming year. Any Resident of the Bungalow Estate is eligible to stand for election to the Committee.
