The Bungalow Estate Conservation Area shown above as it was in 1992 and then known as the Mayfield Conservation Area. It is as one might expect somewhat different today with the growth in the number of cars and significant building development. It is one of sixteen Conservation Areas in the London Borough of Redbridge.
The Bungalow Estate is located to the South of the Railway Line from Liverpool Street to Romford (and beyond) and is in between Seven Kings and Goodmayes Stations. It will soon be served by Crossrail.
