Seven Kings Bungalow Estate Residents Association

The Residents Association was formed in 1974 to preserve and enhance the character of the Bungalow Estate which was gradually deteriorating. It has been active in representing the residents of the Bungalow Estate since then. The Association is supported by a modest Annual Membership Fee. The Committee of the Residents Association, which is elected annually, meets monthly to discuss issues pertinent to the Bungalow Estate. An Annual General Meeting is held in April and a General Meeting in September of each year.
