Seven Kings Bungalow Estate Residents Association
Representing the Bungalow Conservation area
Aims
The Residents Association comprises residents from the Bungalow Estate Conservation Area which is in Redbridge, London.
The Conservation area consist of around 700 bungalows, all of similar design, with spacious front and rear gardens, the Bungalow Estate has an attractive urban appearance and is a sought after place to live. In common with many other areas in the country changes in planning policies and peoples attitudes over the years has had an adverse effect on the character of the Bungalow Estate.
The main aim of the Residents Association is to "preserve and enhance the character of the Bungalow Estate Conservation Area". We do this by making residents aware of situations which might affect this and also by working in close liaison with Redbridge council and advising on policies to support this objective.
